Chapter 2 Born A Grand Noble

Just because he accomplished nothing, just because he was a good-for-nothing and a son-in-law in the family, he couldn’t even be together with his own daughter

Hearing his daughter’s weak, heart-wrenching voice, Maximilian clenched his fist and said, “I’ll try my best to get the money.”

Hearing this, Victoria’s pupils dilated and her heart trembled slightly in shock as she stared at Maximilian’s back.

It turned out he was indeed a decent man.

Maximilian turned around and glanced seriously at Victoria, who immediately turned her head away to wipe her tears, and then left the hospital amid the reprimands of his in-laws.
