Mia POV.

I woke up but I was warm, the bed underneath me was soft, unlike the brick of a mattress, the room didn't smell bad like my room, which means I wasn't home. But then where am I? Did momma move me somewhere else? Maybe I stink so badly she had to move me to another room to punish me, yeah that's probably it, I felt hot tear start going down my face. She's gonna punish me even worse now cause she had to move me, I heard footsteps, I curled into a ball again, trying to protect myself as best as possible.

"Mia?" a male voice asks, I stay hidden, I don't know who that is, we never had male visitors except for the one that comes to see momma, and I'm always locked away then.

"Mia" the guy asks again but I don't reply too busy crying now, I heard others coming in, which scared me even more. They talked between each other before the first voice got close to me, he got my now clean hair out of my face and lift my chin up making me look up at him.

"What's wrong Mia?" he asks, I shake my head scared.

"Look at me pup" someone else says, his voice held even more dominance than the first one, I look up slowly scared of him.

"Why are you crying?" he asks, I was still sniffling, but I mumble the word scared.

"No need to be scared, we're here to take care of you" the third guy adds, he's even scarier, I'm scared of all three of them, I think I prefer the first one so far.

"We need to talk Mia, are you hungry?" he asks right away, that was the first guy, I was about to say no but I nod my head before I flinch waiting for the hit. Momma would ask me that question just before she slaps me for being hungry.

The first guy bites into his arm, making red blood come out and me salivate, he gets the hand closer to my face, I latch in his arm without even thinking, the hunger taking over everything. His blood tastes so good, I just wanted more and more.

"That's enough Mia," he says taking his hand away, I try to keep latching on the arm but he takes it away. I pout at that, for once I felt full like I've just eaten a full meal when I didn't.

"Have anyone fed you before?" he asks, I just shake my head no, this was the first time I ever had blood, and it's yummy!

"You're a half breed Mia, you'll need blood every now and then" he explains very slightly, I know what half breed are but the fact that I'm one, it was news to me. I must have looked confused, they share a look between them, I sit up in the bed and take a side step toward the first guy still hoping for more blood.

"Do you know where you are pup?" The second guy asks, I shake my head no.

"Mia, your real name Mia Gionni," the last guy says, it's not but I'm too sacred to say no to him.

"I'm Rocco, that's Adam, and Mouse Gionni. We are your siblings" he says, wait what I don't have siblings.

"We're not really blood-related, but dad, you biological father, he took us in at a young age" Adam adds, my dad?

"I have a dad?" I say.

"Yes Giovanni Gionni, he's your father. He didn't know that you excited until last week, he was looking for you but...." Mouse says making my hope goes up, I have a dad? He was looking for me?

"He died, three days ago" Adam says, I almost had a father but he died before he even found me, that sounds like something that would happen to me.

"But he told me to protect you, all three of us will. We would never allow anyone to hurt you, not that we're here now" Rocco says, I believed him, he now sounded more dominant of all three.

I still look between all three of them not knowing where we'll be going from here, they said I'll be staying with them, that they'll be sending me to school, that this is my home now. Maybe it's not too bad, I now have three brothers to take care of me.
