Xavier

"I tried my best to convince Damian to attend but it didn't work at all," I said while dressing up for the party in my room.

I came out to welcome guests that attended and also my schoolmates, was lucky mom was around but I know she will leave soon because of a business meeting.

" Happy birthday son, I got this for you", she said.

"Thanks, mom, I love it".

" Your welcome, have fun with friends okay, let me see my business associates over there".

"Alright mom, I feel so happy today, got lots of messages, and am happy Damian was among those who wished me a happy birthday via phone."

" Hi Ellie", I said to her.

" Happy birthday Xavier, the great party you got" She complimented.

"I truly appreciate".

" Here you go, hope you like your birthday present"

"Thanks, Ellie for this"

"What about Damian, his he coming?", she asked.

" I doubt if he will come, just enjoy the party okay".

I said and walked to meet others, am happy they all honored my visitation then the atmosphere changed when Nora entered, she looks extremely hot, she was putting on a black short gown that reveals her damn shape,".

I walked to her as she hugged me and said, " Happy birthday Xavier"

"Thanks, Nora for coming", I said to her expecting her present but got nothing instead she said, " Where is your friend, Mr cold face his he not attending".

" Well is not coming, hope you allow me to dance with you when it's time for a dance".

"Depending on my mood, enjoy your party, I need a drink".

The party was becoming lively, as we drank, ate and cut the cake but I noticed Nora wasn't feeling it.

Nora

"I can't believe his not attending the party, I wasted my time dressing hot for him, and yet he chooses not to come, the party is now boring to me, let me get some air out", I said to myself.

" Damian you better attend this party or I give you big trouble at school ", I sent him a text.

I came out of the party to get some fresh air outside and hoping he comes...

" Well I don't think he will come, better I just leave"

I thought of my late brother and sat at a spot crying silently.

" I wish my brother was alive to make me whole again, brother what do you think of Damian?". I asked myself.

"Yeah I know he's so cold right, his handsome as well, come on, not more than you, brother I don't understand while I always wish to be with him, I just hope I don't end up falling in love with him at the end. Brother, you are not saying a thing to me, why"

I started crying bowing my head for no one to notice.

Then I felt a touch on my shoulder saying "Why are you crying, aren't you suppose to enjoy the party going in Miss Noisy"

" His voice drives some cold breeze into my body system, I know it's Damian"

"How come you this nice", I wipe off my tears.

" Don't take it personally, every normal person would have done the same seeing a lady crying" he said.

" I wasn't after his words but he was so cute tonight, the way he styled his hair, the outfit and all, he's just like a model to me"

Damian

"I lied to Xavier that I have something to do today but the main truth is I don't feel like attending the party, am not a party freak"

I decided to start painting when I heard the sounds of a vehicle outside the apartment, I took a pip, the green snake again, guess he wants to have fun with my mom tonight.

They came in as usual and he entered mom's room and smell of hard drugs took over the atmosphere that got me so upset and the sounds from the room, I need to go somewhere to clear my head, if not I might end up killing them, I heard mom fighting with him not to touch her but I can't do anything.

" Is better I attend Xavier party and feel my eyes with activities going on there instead of listening to what's going on in this house."

I had a cold bath, selected a good outfit to put on, "Seems I will be doing another shopping soon after I get paid at my part-time work", I said to myself.

I left the house and ordered a taxi to Xavier's house.

Immediately I arrived there, I was about opening the door when I heard someone crying so I decided to calm the person down only to see the crazy girl.

"Why is she out crying, what exactly is happening to her, this is so not me but let me see what I can do". I said.

I tap her on her shoulder and said to her, "Why are you crying, aren't you suppose to enjoy the party going in Miss Noisy"

"How come you this nice", she wiped off her tears.

" Don't take it personally, every normal person would have done the same seeing a lady crying" I said, I don't know what she is feeling like.

"Sure thing you came, guess you saw the message I sent"

" What message?" I asked her.

"Never mind, let's go in, I won't cry again as long as you are here", she said holding my hands and forcing me in with her.

I just had to let her be because she was crying.

I wished Xavier a happy birthday cause I knew he was surprised to see me at the party.

Ellie kept looking for means for us to talk.

Xavier called us together to his room with some students I know".

" It's time for some games to make it lovely and amazing, who's in for T or D "

"What , no way, his not serious at all".
