Chapter Two: The Town.

After that article I started having butterflies in my stomach, she can't be real. It can't happens, laws are made for a reason, they can't spank people.

I really wanted to ask Hannah about all that but I couldn't, she wouldn't answer me. So i tried to Google some more but all I could find was some stupid or made up shit, nothing as real as that blog.

I thought about reaching to that girl Athena but what if it's all a lie? Then I'll look like an idiot so I decided not to. I'm just gonna wait and see, Hannah won't let anyone hurt me would she? Will she let someone spank me? I had no answers to those questions.

I decided to sleep off the rest of the ride, it's a long way to go. But Hannah refused to stop or to even let me drive since my phone battery is about to die I slept to pass the time.

I woke up to Hannah shaking me violently, I'm a light sleeper she would've known that if she spent time with me ever. I woke up startled, sitting straight and looking around to see where the danger is.

I saw the sky orange looking, I had no idea how late or early it is. My phone was totally dead so no use of it, looking over at Hannah she already left the car and walked toward the dinner we are parked in front of.

I took my seatbelt off and followed her to the dinner, I saw her talking to bunch of scary looking guys. I decided to ignore her and her company and go find a place to charge my phone.

I went to the counter there was an old lady there she looked to be in her late fifties she gave me a warm smile.

"Good morning how may I help you" she said, it's morning then.

"Uhh... I need a plug to charge my phone....please" I said weirdly.

"Of course...you can sit with Tina there she have our only electricity plug available" she said pointing to her.

I thanked the lady again and went to sit down, the girl had beautiful blond hair flowing around her shoulders. Her head was buried in some textbook with her laptop in front of her.

I cleared my throat and tried to get her attention.

"You mind if I sit here with you...I need to plug my phone" I say mumbling making her look up.

She give me a tight smile and gesture for me to sit down, she went straight back to her studies while I sat there awkwardly.

Looking around the dinner I saw my mother is done telling with those guys. She went to the lady at the counter I saw her talking then pointing to me. Before she left the dinner leaving me alone, I knew no one, had no money and my only transport just abandoned me. I felt like crying then, I must have made a sound since the girl look up at me she must have seen something in my face since she gave me a warm smiled.

"You're here alone?" she asked me

"No...I mean yes. My mother just left " I say the truth

"You're passing by?" she ask again puzzled by my answer.

"No I'm moving in. My mother is a local" I tell her

"Who's she?" she ask

"Hannah Williams" I share the same last name as hers, she refused to let me have my fathers for some reason.

"Ohh I didn't know she had children...or a heart" she mumbled the last part under her breath but i heard it. I like this girl already, I smile and nod my agreement.

Before we could say anymore words the lady from the counter came and placed a plate full of food in front of me and another in front of the girl.

"Hannah said to keep an eye on you, she'll be back later. And her you go Tina, breakfast is the most important meal in the day" she says with her warm smile.

I can't remember last time someone gave me food or made sure I'm fed. I smiled and thanked the nice lady.

"Vivian always makes sure everyone eats. You'll get used to it, and her food is fantastic" Tina told me.

We ate our food and shared few small talks, Tina is a med student. She's engaged to a former police officer, she love it here and she came here before college.

I told her I'm still in high school, even though she's older than me she's very friendly and we even shared phone numbers. Tina left at around seven to catch her first class while I sat there bored.

Hannah doesn't seem to be coming any time soon and I refuse to stay put. I sent her a quick message telling her I'm gonna go explore for a bit but got no response as expected.

Walking around the town seemed pretty normal, there were local shops, the dinner, a library. But the one thing I haven't expected to see was a shop called "Milk&Honey" and guess what it's an adult store. In other words it's a BDSM shop, I just ignored that shop and kept walking. I didn't know small towns like this one can have this kind of shops.

The whole town was surrounded with forest, cool I decided to do some hiking. I always loved the outdoor so did my father, even when I was young I remember him taking me to camp or even camp in our backyard.

I'm wearing a hoodie with skinny jeans and some converse not the best outfit for hiking but it will do. I walked toward the local camping area, there I was met with an officer. He gave me a quick run down on what to do and don't while hiking and gave me a map and a whistle. The whistle is for if I'm lost it will alert people that I need help, he also told me if I saw any wolves just let them be, they don't hurt people.

I didn't tell him who I am or that I'm the new guy in town. I just thanked him and went on, the forest and the greens calling my name.
