Chapter 3

“This is my territory” he warned with those sharp eyes of him

“Oh yeah? How come? There is no sign or anything saying that this is your territory. Are you the one who builds this place? Are you even the one who owns this Academy, huh? Tell me!”

“Are you insulting me?” he asks then the next thing I know is he’s in front of me now with a fire surrounding us

 “When I said it’s mine, it’s mine and who are you even to say those things to me?” he eyed me from head to toe “I see a new student” he smirk I take a step backward and he step forward I take another step and  so he is and the next thing I know there are no space and my back touch the wall. He he put his right hand to the wall so I could not escape. Shit, he cornered me.

 “Talking back to me is like asking to be killed,” he leans closer to me, right to my ears. I froze, I can’t breathe “Why don’t we make a deal since your new?”

 I push him with all my might and catch my breath, “What are you talking about?” I ask catching my breath.

 “Show me your charm” he answer

 Why does he want me to show him my charm?

 “Why would I?”

 “It’s my deal,”

 “I don’t want to,”

 “You’re scared?” he asked

 “No why would I?” I answered feeling nervous 

“Or maybe you’re hiding something?”

 Crap, does he know?

 “Then if you’re not scared and hiding something then why don’t you show me your charm?” he insists and eyeing my wrist

 “Because I don’t want to” I hide my wrist from him because he might see the mark

“Then if you don’t want, meet me at the training grounds later at 10 make sure Valerie doesn’t know about this, I will wait there,” he said while glaring at me with his sharp eyes

 “Lux!” he stops glaring at me after we heard the voice

 “You better get yourself ready” that’s the last thing he said, and he left. The fire surrounding us is gone, too.

 My attention caught a guy catching his breath as he looked at me and sigh

 “Did Lux do anything to you?” he ask

 “No” I answer

 “Oh thanks god I’m sorry about that, he doesn’t want a person to see him in this place. I have to go” he said and then run but before he disappeared of my sight he shouted “I am Ace Stanford and that guy is Lux Hustley nice to meet you miss!” he waved at me and I waved back after that he continue to run maybe he's catching that guy.

I sigh. What do I do? Do I have to go to the training ground? Better tell Laura about it.
