I was left speechless at the size of the building. We had been there, with Gab, for about ten minutes when soldiers approached, looking menacing.

-"What do you want? Don't hang around here!"

I remained shocked by the violence of his words and the way they approached us. Gab tugged on my arm and we started back. We said nothing, occupied by our thoughts, all the way back. When we arrived at the hotel, I went upstairs without a word to my room after saying a little "goodbye" to Gab. I then went to bed and fell into the arms of Morpheus.

The next day, I got up around 6am and since I knew I wasn't going to go back to sleep, I took my time showering and getting ready. I then had lunch and when I had finished everything, I noticed that it was only 7:10.

I think about what I want to do and tell myself that I can leave early, very early to see the organization of the start of the 3rd Meeting.

I go down to the hall and leave my keys. The 10 minute walk motivated me in advance so I happily went out into the street and bumped into a girl! Shit!

- "Uh... sorry", I apologize.

- "Don't worry, it doesn't matter," she replied kindly.

I stared at her, she must have been my age and had a pretty face, her blue eyes looked at me, laughing. I smile sadly and ask him:

- "Are you a wolf?"

Her smile disappeared and she replied, aggressively:

- "No. Does that pose a problem for you?"

- "None. Even if I am one, I have nothing against humans. Besides, at home, I have a few human friends. I admit that I get along rather well with them and their difference I don't care."

I finish my tirade to convince her that I am not hostile. She seems convinced because she smiles:

-"You're here for the Big Reunion? Right?"

- "Yes. I was going there, precisely."

-"At this time! I thought it started at 9 o'clock?"

- "Yes, you're right, but I'm going early. I woke up early this morning and I have nothing to do."

-"Ah...well, I'm going to leave you then. On the other hand, we'll have to meet again, my name is Émilie."

- "And me, Lou!"

I give him a big, motivated, happy smile. And she walks away, her blond hair flowing down her back.

I go back to the building that houses the Meeting.

When I arrive, I notice that there is a commotion near the doors. There are soldiers. I approach, curious and I see the Alphas, Countries and Continents.

Soldiers approach me and yell at me to leave. I start to back away when a voice sounds:

- "No. Leave it, it's good she can come back with us. We'll chat."

I turn around, surprised and the soldiers beckon me to follow them. I enter the amphitheater with the Alphas and they head for a door that leads to a hallway. In this corridor, there are several doors. They go to the back one, which they open and which overlooks a gigantic living room. There were all the Alphas from the Continents and about fifteen Alphas from the Countries.

Embarrassed, I don't know what to do as the Alphas slump on the chairs and sofas. So I stay standing in the doorway. But the Alphas don't ignore me for long because soon after they all turn on me. They tell me to sit down and I comply, scarlet. Then, one of the Alphas (surely from a Country) asks me:

"Why did you come here so early?"

I respond immediately:

-" Well... the reason is a bit silly, but it's because I woke up early this morning and also because I didn't really know what to do. So I thought to myself that I could very well come here. . So."

Then, another Alpha speaks, it's my Alpha.

- "Yesterday, it was you who spoke in support of the Alpha with which you agreed. Why did you choose the Alpha from Africa?"

His question bothered me and I didn't really know what to answer, yet I said boldly:

-"It was the Alpha I agreed with. I think I expressed myself quite clearly yesterday."

- "Yes, but I was in the same position as Mathieu's" attacks my Alpha. This time, I do not answer him, but another does it for me, it was the Alpha of Africa:

- "Why does this mean so much to you, in his opinion?"

-"I admit that I don't know", he grumbled and that made me laugh inside.

The rest of the two hours passed quickly and I was enjoying myself. I was happy to be in the presence of the Alpha of Europe, of my Alpha.

Then I had to go to the Reunion, it was funny because I was alone on the bleachers and they settled down, sometimes yelling at each other. I was laughing. Then the doors opened and the crowd surged like a wave.

And the Meeting began, like the previous ones.

When the lunch break came, I left the amphitheater. I didn't want to go with Gab; I felt alone, I had something in my heart. A weight tortured me and I entered an alley to sit down for a moment. Nauseated, I put my head on my knees.

- "Are you okay?"

I quickly turn my head towards the voice and when I see who it belongs to I get up and answer:

-"Yes Yes."

-"I do not believe you."

"Too bad for you," I hammered.

There are long minutes left to look at me and I gaze at him with wide eyes. How handsome he is!

He attacks:

- "You know, the first time we saw each other, at the first Meeting. Well, I felt that something had happened. When I left, my heart hurt, I felt like an emptiness. And when I'm here, with you, that emptiness disappears."

No, but I dream where he is familiar with me, I don't know him, damn it!

"Funny because it did the exact same thing to me," I whispered.

"Well... Uh...if that did the same to you, then...we're soul mates," he said with a voice totally devoid of emotion so I answered her, or rather I yelled at her, not meanly but rather like a desperate girl:

- "Impossible, it is impossible!" And I left without another word. The emptiness recreated itself in me. And I was slowly tearing myself apart.

Somehow, I knew he was telling the truth but I refused to believe he had bumped into a girl like me. After all, he was my Alpha, the Alpha of Europe and I was an Omega, without any important role.

In front of the hotel, I stop because I have just seen a familiar silhouette. I run to her and give her a "hello!" booming before planting myself in front of her.
