Chapter 8

AFTER THE burial, Dylan stayed at adelle’s place for a week and help her relatives taking care of some matters before he decided to go back home.

He has no reason to stay there anymore , perhaps he’d better off travelling wherever fate brings him.

The heartache is still fresh and he wants to heal slowly step by step hoping that he will never get worst.

“are you really gonna leave?” adelle’s brother asked.

“yes.i had to do this. I have to fix myself .” Dylan said.

“ Thank you for loving my sister, Dylan. She’s happy even though she had to go first. Her little time is still worth it.” Adelle’s brother said and smiled at him.

“she deserved to be love.”

“but that doesn’t mean Dylan that you have to live heartbroken forever.” Adelle’s brother said .

And he escorted him to the airport.

The bade goodbye to each other and went on their separate ways.

While Summer on the other hand,

Is happy hanging with her brother and his friends.

They even go to fishing, and playing games.

“You go home first,Sum.” Aidan said when they are at the entrance of aidan's house.

“why?”

“because it’s already five ,honey.” Aidan smirk.

“that’s not fair.” Summer pouted.

“Oh, C'mon don’t be stubborn. Go home now” Aidan said.

“payment first ,big bro” Summer winked.

“hey..”

“pay or I’ll stay?” Summer teased.

“here you go,brat.” Aidan sigh in frustration but chuckled afterwards.

“thank you. “

“go home safely.”

“okey brother.”

SUMMER decided to go for a movie.

And decided to take a walked in a park, she calmly observed her environment and decided to sat in the ground.

She smiled at her thought. She still remembered the man .

'handsome'

She almost jumped when someone tapped her shoulder from behind,but she felt relieve when she knew the person.

“ Kokie”

“hi ,samsam.” Kokie greeted her.

He is her childhood friend, who used to be her playment.

He is once skinny but now he’s improve,he is even cuter.

“you dyed your hair?” summer asked

“well yeah, I found red nice “ Kokie said shyly and touched his hair.

“yeah I agree,it suit you well.” Summer said and Kokie sit beside her.

“Long time no see.” Kokie said.

“ I went to Chicago and just got home “

“oh I see.”

“so how was life?” summer asked.

“I’m a successful painter now.”kokie said shyly.

“Really? Your dream come true.” Summer said.

“Yes, because some people motivated me to become successful. “ Kokie said and smiled.

“hmm.”

“I wanna see my exhibition next month?” Kokie asked.

“ well I don’t know yet,but I’ll try.”

“then ,I’ll be expecting you ,samsam.” Kokie smiled cutely

“ugh. “

“lets buy ice cream?”

“no thanks,I’m full.”

“oh I see.”

Summer stood up and clean her jeans , she looked at Kokie and smiled

“kokie, I think I have to go now.” Summer said.

“ I’ll take you home.”

“no, it’s okey you don’t have too.” Summer said nicely.

“I insist.”

“No you don’t have to. “ Summer said in a firm voice and started walking away.

Summer didn’t look back, she is really not comfortable with guys except for those people she loves to hang out with.
