CHAPTER THREE |

SEVERAL days passed, Ethan still didn't come home. I thought that one day he would come home, as he said, but he didn't. So I just bothered myself with cleaning the house.

I was startled when the door of the house suddenly opened and Ethan entered with messy hair and the two buttons on his neck were open. It was obvious from his appearance that he was drunk.

I stood up and approached him for support. I was about to hold his arm when he pulled it back and looked at me.

"Ethan. You're drunk, come and I'll help you to your room," I grabbed his arm again and this time he didn't struggle.

when I immediately supported him, I immediately felt his weight. He walks one by one so I balance my body so that we both don't fall.

When we entered his room, I immediately laid him on his bed. I even ran past him but I immediately stood up and took a wipe from him.

When I got back to the bed, with the wipe I started unbuttoning his polo shirt. I even swallowed when I opened all the buttons and saw the beauty and elegance of her body.

I admit that my husband is very handsome and very macho. So I won't be surprised if there are women flirting with him.

I completely took off his polo shirt and started to wipe his face up to his chest when I stopped because he suddenly grabbed my hand that was wiping his chest.

"What are you doing?" He asked still blindfolded.

"P-you're being wiped. Because you're drunk. h-don't worry, it's almost over."

He opened his eyes and our eyes met, causing my heart to beat fast.

I looked away and was about to leave the bed when he suddenly pulled me and pressed me with a passionate kiss.

He grabbed my neck and pulled me closer to him. I didn't respond to his kiss at first, but I don't know what happened to myself when I found myself responding to his passionate kiss. I'm melting with the pleasure I feel kissing him.

I let my own feelings enjoy the pleasure he was giving me even tonight. I'll just think about now. I'll take care of myself tonight, before I make trouble tomorrow.

We went to bed TIRED afterwards. Maybe because he was drunk and tired from what we did, he immediately fell asleep next to me.

I wrapped my body in a blanket.

I looked at him and just smiled.

I caressed his face carefully. "Thank you. Even just tonight you made me happy." I whispered to him before kissing his lips and getting up.

I can't be right next to him when he wakes up.

I picked up my clothes that were scattered on the floor and immediately left his room and immediately went to my room.

We are not in the same room next to each other, because he wants me not to be next to him and I understand him.

THE NEXT DAY, I immediately felt a rash on my forehead when I looked at the time. It's seven in the morning and I haven't cooked yet. Ethan might be angry!

Because I was so nervous, I didn't take a shower and just washed myself before putting on my clothes.

I almost flew through the kitchen with my speed.

"Shit! Why did it take me so long to wake up?" I felt sorry for myself and quickly went to the kitchen.

I was surprised to see Ethan cooking without a top cover.

I swallowed.

Maybe he felt my presence so he looked at me.

"E-ethan, I'm sorry it took me so long to tear up---"

"Just prepare the table." He said briefly and I was even more shocked that his voice was no longer cold.

I nodded and immediately did as he said.

When I finished, he just finished cooking.

He prepared the dish. "Let's eat." He said.

I bowed and nodded.

That's what we did. We ate in silence, when he almost choked me when he spoke.

"Cook tonight. I'll be home here." He said as if wondering what I expected.

I just nodded and didn't speak until I finished eating.

I stood up and put away my own plate. Maybe I'll take a shower before washing the dishes.

I didn't say goodbye to him and went to the room to take a shower.

spent a few minutes in the shower before finally leaving the room and heading to the kitchen.

The table was already clean, so I turned to the sink.

I started washing until I finished and I saw my husband in office attire and ready to go to work.

"W-are you leaving?" I asked still stuttering.

He nodded and took the keys of his car. "I'm leaving." He said goodbye which surprised me. He wasn't like this before, right?

Little by little my hope came alive but I ignored it right away because I knew I would be the only one who would be hurt in the end.

He stopped opposite the door and turned to me. I just looked at him frowning when I saw him smiling. I think I'll melt with his smile that I just saw again.

"By the way. You tasted so good last night." He said causing my cheeks to turn red and bow down.

I'm just wishing that the floor I'm standing on will eat me because I'm so ashamed.
