SUDDEN SHOCK

Everything from the last night was already tensing me now Enwoos absence was also a blow to me. I let out a deep sight and began to do my routines work. After doing all of my things I got out of my house to go to the cafe for work. I reached the cafe after 10-20 minutes.

Soon I met with Jisoo unnie and we were sitting on a table discussing about last day. I told her everything except about my sleep . She held my hand and looked at me,

"the condition of your town isn't good Rachel, you can move in with me..." she spoke gently, I looked at her and immediately spoke,

"no unnie, I'm totally fine, I'll be safe you don't need to worry. You know, early I got to know that there was a drunk man roaming outside my building, so I guess he might have done that."

I didn't want to be a burden on anyone and besides I had to be a bit strong, I couldn't just run away from my home because of some accident.

She nodded and then we both walked inside the cafe. I had decided to be strong and face my difficulties I couldn't run away from them, having no one at home was still a bit worrisome but I had neighbors, nothing would happen to me.

After that we began working, it wasn't very much at the cafe today because due to condition of the city people6had stopped coming out of their houses during evening.

It had now started to become dark outside. I was with jisso unnie talking when she said,

" you should be more careful now...there's a mafia roaming in your area, it would've been better if you had moved in my house. Enwoo isn't at home too." she looked at me concerned.

I put on a small smile on my face, "no unnie everythings fine don't worry I'll be okay." i assured her.

"are you sure?! I don't feel at ease, just call me when you reach home okay?"

I nodded and smile, inside i was scared, i didn't want to reveal that to her. My insides were twisting and turning. I took a deep heave and acted nomal.

After the work i bid my goodbye to jisoo unnie and started to go home while on my way home i went to the convenience store to buy some food. After buying the food i started to walk towards my house. When i reached near my house i felt someone behind me.

I started to walk faster but the person behind me also started to walk faster. I didn't have the stamina to stop and look behind.

I ran towards the end of the street and then finally turned, I saw no one, there was so sign of anyone. Tears started to fill in my eyes, why was this happening to me... I felt my heartbeat pace at an abnormal rate. I wanted all this stupid thing to end, why was I suffering like this, what had i even done to be in such misery,

"You can run my love, run as much as you want but in the end you'll be in my hand and nothing would help you escape from me."

It was finally evening time, which meant off time. I was pretty happy that, I could go home. After saying goodbye to everyone i started to walk back home, it was very late and I had to reach home soon.

I took a shortcut towards my home cuz it was getting very late. I took a turn and entered the alley no one was there and was very dark i hesitated to go but i gathered some courage and started to walk.

Even after all the things happening to me, I still went there and I wish I knew how wrong I was by going there.

I was walking staright when suddenly someone grabbed my hand tightly and pulled me to somewhere. My whole body froze, I couldn't contemplate, where was I being pulled to? Who was even pulling me.

His hand was covering my mouth, I couldn't even call or scream for help.

I was pinned to the wall and saw someone was standing infront. It was a bit dark and he wasn't even facing me.

I narrowed my eyes and was staring at him when he turned his head and my eyes dhot open because of shock shocked he was none other than my ex boyfriend Drake, all this time I thought it was that mafia guy but he was doing all this torture to me?

I jerked his hand off my mouth and to shouted but he quickly covered my mouth.

"missed me babe? Because I have been missing and craving you a lot."He said with a smirk. I felt disgusted. I wanted to kill him right at the spot.

His words were worse than trash for me. The past flashed in front of my eyes. Everything was becoming blurry. The tortures the pain, everything I had gone through was coming in front of me. I couldn't even stare at him in the eye, my legs started to shake. My whole body had became cold.
